Help With Your Health
These sessions will help support people to be more informed about managing different aspects of their health.
Each session is an hour and a half long and designed to stand alone or they can also be offered as a series.
Workshop topics include but are not limited to: Stress & Sleep, Understanding Nutrition Labels and Joint Pain.
The sessions are practical, enjoyable, non judgmental and accessible to a wide range of participants.
The group will be sharing experiences and learning together in a highly interactive workshop; it is not about testing knowledge.
Living Healthy Champlain can also work in collaboration with your team to offer the Help with Your Health sessions.
